Hi! Welcome to ThatKidsCraftSite.com!

Our Mission at ThatKidsCraftSite.com
Not everyone is crafty – and that’s okay. In fact, most parents would prefer those non-messy, glitter-free crafts over the sparkly creations that are so Pinterest worthy. Here at That Kids Craft Site, our goal is to celebrate messy fun while honoring the fact that not all parents and kids feel comfortable with crafts. We’re here to celebrate you wherever you are in your crafting journey and support you with ideas that range from the super gooey to the easy and mess-free. After all, crafting should not be stressful!
BRANDI JORDAN, FOUNDER OF ThatKidsCraftSite.com
Secret confession – I have always loved the idea of crafting more than actually making a mess crafting.
I was (and still am!) one of those moms who would prefer to break out paper and glue over paint and plaster. Who would rather do yarn crafts over going crazy with glitter. Who would get exhausted just browsing through detailed crafts and would rather break out coloring books than have the kids paint wall murals.
Don’t get me wrong, I love kids crafts, but I’m just not a fan of the prep and mess and clean-up.
So, ThatKidsCraftSite.com was born from the idea to have crafty ideas that appealed to people like me. People who laughed in the face of Pinterest-worthy photos. People who drank coffee while their kids crafted and prayed the markers didn’t end up on the walls.
You know, people who love their kids, but just need to know it’s okay not to be perfect parents. Because there’s really no such thing.
My oldest graduated from high school in 2020, my 16-year-old is a junior who homeschools, and my 12-year-old is a 7th grader enrolled in public school. We have always taken their learning a year at a time and been open to all paths!
In addition to kids’ crafts at ThatKidsCraftSite.com, I am also the proud mama in charge over at MamaTeaches.com, a site for learning resources and educational ideas. For organizing your home, family, and life, take a look at TheOrganizationHouse.com, another of my sites. And for exercise and wellness ideas, you can find me over at MamaExercises.com.
As a certified elementary teacher, certified personal trainer, youth exercise specialist, and certified kids’ yoga instructor, I have a ton of ideas to spread across all of the sites. Also, I like a lot of variety! 😉
If you have any questions or need any help, don’t hesitate to contact me! I appreciate you stopping by and hope that a visit to ThatKidsCraftSite.com made your life a tad bit easier today!
